How do I skip a delivery?
If you would like to delay your next shipment please contact us at info@getvitaminlab.com. We are able to apply a pause to your account up to 14 days before any refill payment (every 4th payment).
If a pause request is made in the middle of a billing cycle, remaining payments must be settled prior to the pause coming into effect.
